This Privacy Policy explains how AIBeacon ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services.
(a) Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password.
(b) Brand and Prompt Data: We collect the brand names, website URLs, industry, and prompts you enter into the Service.
(c) AI Outputs: We store the responses generated by third-party AI models based on your prompts.
(d) Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken.
(e) Payment Information: We do NOT store your credit card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party Payment Processor.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
(a) To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
(b) To run daily AI visibility checks (transmitting your prompts to third-party AI providers).
(c) To send transactional emails (e.g., daily reports, billing receipts, password resets).
(d) To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.
(e) To comply with legal obligations.
To provide the Service, we share specific data with trusted third-party sub-processors:
(a) AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity): We transmit your brand name and prompts to these providers to generate your reports.
(b) Infrastructure and Security Providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile): Data is stored and processed on their secure servers, and Turnstile checks that sign-ups and logins come from real people.
(c) Email Providers (Resend): We share your email address to deliver daily reports and alerts.
(d) Payment Processor: We share necessary billing details to process your subscription.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account via the Danger Zone in Settings, your account and all associated data are scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later. You can cancel the deletion at any time during those 30 days. Brand setups that you start but never finish are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
(a) Right to Access: You can request a copy of your data. You can export your data directly from the Settings page.
(b) Right to Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data via the Danger Zone in Settings.
(c) Right to Rectification: You can update your personal information in Settings.
(d) Right to Object/Restrict Processing: You can turn off daily emails in Settings, or delete your account at any time.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (including the United States, where many of our sub-processors are located). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent safeguards to ensure your data is protected.
We use essential cookies strictly necessary for authentication and security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption in transit and at rest, and Row Level Security in our database) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
