PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING AIBEACON.IO, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
AIBeacon ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") provides a software-as-a-service platform that tracks and analyzes how third-party Artificial Intelligence models (including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) describe your brand, products, or services. The Service generates reports, metrics, and recommendations based on AI outputs.
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) Artificial Intelligence models are probabilistic and prone to "hallucinations" (generating false or inaccurate information).
(b) We do not control, and are not responsible for, the underlying algorithms, training data, or outputs of third-party AI providers.
(c) The data, metrics, and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only.
(d) We make no guarantees regarding your actual SEO performance, AI visibility, revenue, or business outcomes. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any business, legal, or financial decision.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
(a) Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial. One trial per user/email.
(b) Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) at the price in US dollars (USD) shown on our pricing page or at checkout when you subscribe.
(c) Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not receive a prorated refund for partial months.
(d) Refunds: Except as required by law or at our sole discretion, all payments are non-refundable.
(e) Payment Processing: All payments are handled by our third-party Merchant of Record (the "Payment Processor"). You agree to their terms of service and privacy policies.
You agree NOT to:
(a) Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
(b) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
(c) Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized automated queries (e.g., scraping the Service without permission).
(d) Use the Service to track brands or individuals in a manner that violates privacy laws.
(a) Our Rights: The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by AIBeacon and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
(b) Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the brand names, prompts, and data you input into the Service ("User Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your User Data solely to provide the Service to you (including sending prompts to third-party AI providers).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIBEACON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
(b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE (INCLUDING AI PROVIDERS);
(c) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL AIBEACON'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO AIBEACON IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (II) $100 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIBeacon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees arising out of or in any way connected with:
(a) your access to or use of the Service;
(b) your User Data;
(c) your violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIBEACON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Amman, Jordan. You waive any objection to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
